MU ACHIEVEMENTS SYSTEM LAUNCHED BY RECTOR

Dr. Khalid Al-Mugren, MU Rector and director of e-transactions committee, launched the Achievements System in the presence of vice-rectors and a number of deans.

Dr. Musallam Al-Dosari , Vice-Rector and Vice-Director of e-transactions committee, stated that although the university is newly established, it managed to rival renowned Saudi universities in terms of achievement in many fields either locally or globally. Following this rivalry, Dr. Al-Dosari added that the Committee of E-Transaction, chaired by MU Rector, has seen the necessity to compile a list of major achievements made by the University staff at the academic, scientific, administrative and social level. These achievements are to be reviewed and evaluated by the Committee of E-Transaction in order to be documented and published on the E-portal, explained Dr. Al-Dosari. Following the launch of the system, the dean of IT Deanship Dr. Adel Al-Saeed said that one of the important features of the system is to sort out the university’s achievements in all fields electronically in a database that can be a reference for everyone. This is likely to save more time and efforts in documenting the achievements, added Dr. Al-Saeed.
