The Administration of Projects, Operation, and Maintenance carried out a series of internal service works during the vacation to improve facility quality and ensure a clean and safe environment when work resumes.

The internal works included maintenance of main electrical breakers in power rooms, cleaning of sub-distribution panels in administrative and academic buildings, periodic maintenance and inspection of ring main units and transformers in housing facilities, cleaning and servicing of rooftop AC units, indoor AC filters, and ventilation openings, as well as maintenance of some elevators.

The team conducted routine checks on emergency exits to ensure safety, repainted selected offices, cleaned both interior and exterior glass surfaces, and washed rooftop water tanks across all buildings.
