CIFAL Saudi Center collaborates with King Salman Humanitarian Center in organizing awareness events for World Creativity and Innovation Day

CIFAL Saudi Center at MU participated in awareness activities held in celebration of the World Creativity and Innovation Day. The event was organized by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, represented by its Innovation Department. 

The event was held in Riyadh and featured a specialized exhibition showcasing a variety of innovative solutions and technologies aimed at enhancing the efficiency of humanitarian operations, accelerating emergency response in the field, and improving service quality for the most vulnerable communities—all aligned with global trends in relief technologies.

A focused workshop titled “From Idea to Impact: Mechanisms and Phases of Innovation in Humanitarian Work” was presented by Dr. Ayman Al-Barkati, Director of CIFAL Saudi, and Dr. Raed Al-Baradai, professor of pathology and expert in medical and relief-tech innovation. The workshop explored key themes including innovation in humanitarian contexts, modern technologies, stages of developing innovative initiatives from concept to implementation, and effective innovation support models and partnerships.

CIFAL Saudi’s participation underscores its commitment to advancing innovation in the humanitarian field, contributing to the development of effective tools for field challenges, and enhancing the efficiency of aid delivery. The initiative aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals of boosting impact and service quality in key sectors.
