CIFAL Saudi Arabia conducts "Project DPro" Program to Empower Female Leaders in Development Project Management

The CIFAL Saudi Arabia concluded the training program "Project DPro – Development Project Management Professional." which was generously sponsored by the Prince Talal Bin Abdulaziz Charity Foundation and supervised by the Women’s Committee for Community Development in the Riyadh Region. It aimed to empower women professionals with the latest global methodologies in project management based on PM4NGOs international standards.

The program featured a series of intensive training sessions focusing on key concepts in development management, strategic planning skills, detailed project monitoring, and developing tools for measuring and evaluating impact to ensure sustainable development outcomes.

This program reflects the center’s strategic vision of building institutional capacity and encouraging active participation of women in leading development transformation. It emphasized practical application, helping participants turn theoretical knowledge into real, actionable practices within various development settings.

It is part of a broader series of initiatives launched by the center to support Saudi Vision 2030 by empowering national talent and building a competitive knowledge-based economy. Training women in development project management is seen as a strategic step toward strengthening their role in leading community change and driving sustainable development.
