Participants discussed multiple key topics, including the conceptual and legal framework of human trafficking, its historical and regulatory analysis, and a focus on sexual trafficking from legal and social perspectives. The discussion also covered mechanisms for identifying victims and programs offering psychological and social rehabilitation and support.

He pointed out that these initiatives align with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals to protect human rights, preserve individual dignity, and combat all forms of exploitation.
The participants agreed on key recommendations, including the importance of establishing strategic partnerships between academic institutions and relevant entities, expanding community-focused awareness initiatives, and strengthening victim protection and care programs in line with international standards and best global practices.
