CIFAL Saudi Arabia wraps Up Intensive Training on Diplomacy and International Relations

CIFAL Saudi Arabia, in collaboration with the Institute of Public Administration, successfully concluded a three-day specialized training program in diplomacy and international relations held in Riyadh.

The program was designed to empower national professionals from several Saudi government entities—most notably the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education—by enhancing their competencies in managing diplomatic affairs and strengthening their capacity for international representation.

The comprehensive curriculum covered key areas including modern foundations of diplomacy, international protocol, effective negotiation, and multilateral dialogue management. Participants also engaged in practical exercises on drafting diplomatic documents and official correspondence. The program further prepared them for representing the Kingdom in global forums, analyzing foreign policy, and navigating the operations of international organizations.

Dr. Ayman Al-Barakati, Director of CIFAL Saudi Arabia, emphasized that this program reflects the center’s strategic partnership with the Institute of Public Administration to build a new generation of highly qualified Saudi professionals.
