A health awareness initiative focusing on reproductive health held by the college of nursing

The Volunteer Work and Community Service Unit at the College of Nursing held a health awareness initiative focusing on reproductive health. The event was under the supervision of Dr. Wedad Al-Anzi, Dr. Fatima Zaghloul, and Ms. Hadeel Al-Oula.

The 2-day initiative was held on the first day at the Civil Development Association in Hermah, and at at the College of Applied Medical Sciences on the second.

The initiative, which targeted women and girls from the local community, featured presentation on the importance of reproductive health, measuring vital signs and linking them to reproductive health, and explaining the importance of a healthy lifestyle and healthy nutrition to maintain the safety of reproductive health. The initiative concluded with Q&A session and handing prizes to the attendees.
