The Volunteer and Community Service Unit at the College of Nursing conducted an initiative titled “Little Paramedic”

The Volunteer and Community Service Unit at the College of Nursing organized an initiative titled “Little Paramedic” the Kindergarten school of the university to teach children the basics of first aid in an interactive and simplified manner. 

Dr. Sherifa Al-Asiri and a number of college students conducted practical workshops in which children were trained on how to clean and cover wounds and act calmly in emergencies. Educational tools were provided and interactive games to attract children’s attention and motivate them to participate.

The initiative aimed to boost awareness among children about the importance of first aid, and teach them how to seek help in emergency situations.
