The College holds a seminar entitled: "Tolerance is a Great Value and One of the Principles of Humanity"

The Volunteer and Community Service Unit, organized, in cooperation with the Student Activities Unit at the College of Nursing, a seminar entitled: "Tolerance is a Great Value and One of the Principles of Humanity".

 The seminar took place on the International Day of Tolerance in the presence of faculty members and students. It aimed to enhance their awareness of the importance of tolerance as a fundamental value in building a cohesive society, and to shed light on tolerance as one of the pivotal humanitarian principles; to achieve peace and development, and to discuss the role of individuals and institutions in spreading the culture of tolerance.

The seminar addressed different topics including: tolerance in Islam and human societies, highlighting the values ​​of tolerance in Islam and their role in building positive relationships, referring to Makkah Document as a global reference for peaceful coexistence, the importance of tolerance in promoting an educational environment that stimulates creativity and understanding between students and faculty members. 

The seminar also focused on highlighting inspiring experiences from reality, real-life stories and experiences that illustrate the impact of tolerance in overcoming differences and building understanding, and the challenges that may face the values ​​of tolerance to materialize in daily life.
