Aisha Barnawi defended her thesis titled "The Effectiveness of Leadership Styles of Nursing Managers in Enhancing Nurses' Performance, Encouraging Them, and Improving the Quality of Care," focusing on the role of nursing leadership in improving performance and fostering a positive work environment.
Sumaia Al-Faqi defended her thesis titled "Improving Nursing Productivity by Reducing the Working Hours of Nurses at King Saud Medical City in Riyadh." Her research examined the impact of long working hours on productivity and the quality of nursing services, offering recommendations to improve work efficiency and achieve a balance between professional performance and the well-being of nurses.
