The College of Nursing organizes international nurses day activities

Under the patronage of Dr. Ashwaq Asiri, Dean of the College of Nursing, the Student Activities Unit—represented by the Student Club and in collaboration with the Volunteering and Community Service Unit—organized International Nurses Day activities at the Munikh Observatory Visitor Center in Majmaah.

Many members of the community participated in this event which aims to highlight the vital role of nurses in serving society and improving healthcare.

The celebration featured awareness booths and an educational exhibition where students shared information about the nursing profession, its importance, and ways to prevent diseases. Services included free vision checks and the distribution of first-aid kits to promote health awareness and safety among community members. Visitors were also encouraged to interact with the participants, ask health-related questions, and take a guided tour of the center’s facilities to learn about its services and key features.
