The deanship of electronic and distance learning announced the start of registration to sit for the first exam of online courses, which will be carried out on the eighth week of study. In this regard the university vice rector and supervisor of the e-learning deanship Dr. Mussalem bin Mohamed AL Dossari clarified that a committee was formed to supervise the running of online examinations under the supervision of Dr. Khaled bin Nashi AL Mudaibri, vice dean for academic affairs. The vice rector stated that the committee in collaboration with the e-learning coordinators in different university colleges approved the examination schedules of all online courses included in the study plan. All the examinations of e-courses will be carried online in addition to the fact that students (male and female) will sit for the same exams in labs of different colleges. Furthermore, the vice rector said that the deanship set up six test centers in Majmaah and Zilfi as follows : 2 test centers for male students in the community college and the main campus and two others for female students in the college of education and the college of applied medical sciences in addition to a test center for male students in the Zilfi college of sciences and one test center for female students in the zilfi college of education. As for the colleges of humanities in Ghat, Rumah and Hutat Sudir, the examinations will be carried in the same colleges. In this respect, the vice dean for academic affairs said that students have to refer to their colleges' e-learning units to choose suitable examination times since the deanship scheduled a number of sessions so that students choose the times matching their study timetables. Dr. AL Dosari extended his thanks to all university colleges for their collaboration to facilitate student registration and to deanship affiliates for their outstanding efforts and perfect organization.The vice rector extended his thanks also to the Rector, Dr. Khaled Bin Saad AL Migrin for the support he gave to this new path and for facilitating the task to promote the level of Majmaah University electronic services.
