Under the supervision and the attendance of Dr. Mussalem Bin Mohamed AL Dosari, the University Vice Rector and supervisor of the E-learning deanship, an ordinary meeting was held in the presence of the vice dean Dr. Khaled AL Muthaibri, the supervisor of e-learning units Dr. Mohamed Naim, Mr. kamel Smida, head of learning management systems and programs and the IT support specialist Mr. Mohamed Jihad. Dr. AL Dossari reviewed the statistics and performance reports of D2L and college interaction with the system. The Vice Rector had also an idea on the visits paid to different institutions and suggestions submitted by colleges. Dr. AL Dossari directed the meeting parties to work on supporting colleges to overcome all the obstacles impeding faculty members and students to benefit from D2L and the equipment provided by the deanship.
