Endowment Department participates in the Saudi-Malaysian Summit for Endowment Management and Investment

The Department of Endowment, represented by Dr. Abdullah Al-Shuweish, has participated in the Saudi-Malaysian Summit for Endowment Management and Investment, hosted by the Scientific Endowment at King Abdul Aziz University in collaboration with the International Instititue of Islamic Waqf.
The summit which was attended by the Rector of KAU and the governor of General Authority of Waqf.
A number of recommendations were made, most importantly are a procedural manual to document the Saudi and Malaysian experience in Waqf, a study to evaluate the Saudi-Malaysian experience in university Waqf and a workshop to utilize the worldwide experience in Saudi universities.
