THE VICE-RECTORSHIP FOR ACADEMIC AFFAIRS TO ORGANIZE THE FIRST ANNUAL PROFESSION DAY

Under the patronage of His excellency the Rector, Dr. Khalid S. Al-Mugren, the Vice-Rector-ship for Academic Affairs has organized the celebration of the first annual profession day on the auditorium of the main campus. The celebration was also attended by vice-rectors, deans of colleges and deanships and directors of administration.

The main function of the celebration is to provide assistance to graduate students to be hired in proper job after their graduation. A number of corporations and training sectors were invite to the event that have the tendency to equip students with the necessary skills which are highly in need for the market. There is also a strong tendency to establish a database for graduates to follow-up their status after graduation.

The Rector, Dr. Al-Mugren delivered a speech where he encouraged graduated students to focus on the crucial elements of success which are: knowledge, skills and values and morals.

It is worth noting that a number of workshops were held and a number of recommendations were issued on the same topic.
