CIFAL Saudi Center concludes “2030 SDG Applications Expert” Program in Partnership with the Muslim World League

Under the patronage of Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari, Vice Rector for Development and Investment, and in the presence of Mr. Abdulwahab bin Mohammed Al-Shehri, Assistant Secretary-General for Institutional Communication at the Muslim World League, the Saudi CIFAL Center concluded the specialized training program “2030 SDG Applications Expert”, delivered in strategic partnership with the Muslim World League.

The program aims to enhance practical understanding of sustainable development concepts and to strengthen participants’ ability to align development initiatives with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

Spanning five days, the program covered a range of key themes supporting development enablers, focusing on the concepts of development and sustainable development and their relationship with sustainability. It also addressed the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), their expected impact, and mechanisms for aligning them with Vision 2030 objectives.

The program reviewed the Kingdom’s key achievements in sustainable development, methodologies for preparing sustainability reports, and approaches for measuring impact in line with international best practices.

This program reflects the role of the Saudi CIFAL Center as a specialized platform for capacity building and sustainability awareness. Through high-quality programs and strategic partnerships at both national and international levels, the Center contributes to empowering national leaders and professionals to translate development goals and visions into impactful, sustainable initiatives.
