The General Administration of Projects, Operation, and Maintenance welcomed companies and institutions participating in the bidding process for the university’s operation, maintenance, and cleaning contract for the period 2026–2029.

The meeting began with a welcoming speech by Eng. Abdulaziz Al-Shunaifi, the director of the Administration, who emphasized the university’s commitment to work with qualified companies that contribute to its growth and strategic goals.

Eng. Mousa Al-Mutairi, the director of the Operation and Maintenance Department, presented a detailed briefing on the bid’s scope of work, project locations, and services to be provided. The presentation also included data tables outlining workforce requirements and targeted Saudization rates.

The meeting brought together representatives from nearly 35 bidding companies, along with several university officials.

During the session, the Administration provided an in-depth overview of the project’s work scope, explaining contract components, covered buildings, assets, and systems, as well as execution and monitoring mechanisms.

After the meeting, participants toured the university facilities to discuss inquiries related to project requirements and specifications.

At the end of the visit, site visit certificates were presented to all participating companies.
