The General Administration of Services launches a Specialized Workshop on Artificial Intelligence and Service Quality Enhancement

The General Administration of Services conducted a specialized workshop on Artificial Intelligence (AI) to explore its role in improving performance quality, optimizing operations, and enhancing efficiency. The workshop highlighted how AI technologies can be leveraged to advance transportation management, particularly within the university’s transport operations.

It focused on several applications, including smart fleet management, enhanced public transport systems, autonomous vehicle operations, and technical vehicle management through preventive maintenance. The workshop also examined the use of AI in SALK Traffic Control Center to improve traffic flow and operational safety.
