The Committee of preparing the university annual reports sets a coordinative meeting with the officials of preparing university units annual reports at Majma'ah and Rummah

The Committee of preparing the university annual reports held a coordinative meeting under the chairmanship of HE the Vice Rector and the head of preparing university annual reportsCommittee Dr. Musallam Al-Dosari in the presence of the Committee members Dr. Saeed Nafea, Dr. Saad Al-Qahtani and Dr. abdulaziz Al-Rashoud . The meeting was held with the officials of preparing university units annual reports at Majma'ah and Rummah on Wednesday, 07.29.1435 in the meeting hall at the Office of the Rector. At the beginning of the meeting HE Dr. Musallam Al-dosari welcomed the attendees and thanked them for their interest and interaction and their eagerness to participate in the meeting. Also, HE showed the importance of the University annual reports in highlighting the bright side of the University and its various achievements and the need to take care of the reports content in terms of data accuracy and clarity. Also, HE referred to the Committee's role in providing the necessary assistance for the officials of preparing the annual reports at the University units. After then Dr. Saeed Nafea gave a brief presentation about the most important technical aspects and terms of reference that must be considered when drafting reports and then he reviewed some examples. Also, Dr. Saad Al-Qahtani gave intervention about about the importance of times prescribed to send reports to the Committee. Then, questions and interventions of the attendees were answered. At the end, attendees expressed their thanks to the Committee for setting this useful meeting.
