Vice Rectorship Holds Second Meeting with Vice Rectorship and Deanship of E-Learning Staff

In the context of the continuous follow-up carried out by His Excellency the Vice Rector, Dr. Musalam bin Mohammed Al Dosari, to the bodies he leads, HE held a joint meeting with the staff of the Vice Rectorship and the deanship of e-learning and distance learning on Thursday, 20/06/1437 AH. The meeting took place in the presence of His Excellency the Vice Dean of E-Learning for Academic Affairs Dr. Khalid bin Nashi Alamudibri and HE the supervisor of the Vice rector’s office Dr. Faisal bin Faraj Al-Mutairi. The meeting was devoted to treat topics related to the completion of works of the Vice Rectorship and the deanship either those under achievement or the initiatives. His Excellency discussed a number of important issues, such as the activation of staff websites in both organisms, as well as reviewing the mechanism of the ideal employee award, and its own criteria. The Vice Rector called in this regard to study those criteria and insisted on the importance of excellence and its continuation. HE urged attending staff to make more effort to achieve excellence. HE the Vice Rector, condoned the efforts of all staff but he stressed at the same time the importance of being patient, especially those who have direct contact with the beneficiaries of the Vice Rectorship's and the deanship’s services. At the end of his speech, Dr. Musalam Al Dosari confirmed that the Vice Rectorship and the deanship are in fact strong supporters of all staff cslling in this respect the staff to be in permanent contact with their superiors and report on all obstacles impairing their perfect performance of tasks. At the end of the meeting, His Excellency, the Vice Rector, listened to the observations of staff and discussed their inquiries about some of the instructions and procedures.
