Administrative and financial affairs at Majmaah University was founded in 1430 and has developed since then. The Administration is the backbone of the university and its main duty is to manage the university's business that is related to administrative and financial issues using state-of-the-art methods.

الهدف العام للإدارة هو تقديم الخدمات اللوجستية ممثلة بخدمات النقل والحركة والشؤون الفنية للمركبات حيث يندرج في هيكلتها لثلاث إدارات رئيسية مناطة بالعمل الخدمي وهي إدارة النقل وإدارة الحركة والإدارة الفنية لشؤون المركبات ومستهدفة في تنويع الخدمات لخدمة طلاب وطالبات ومنسوبي الجامعة ومرافقها المتعددة.

The Administration's general goal is to provide logistical services which include transportation and commuting services and technical affairs for vehicles. This is undertaken by three main departments, and they are the Transportation Department, the Commuter Service Department, and the Technical Department for Vehicle Affairs.
