The Warehouse Department implements the rules and procedures of government warehouses issued by the General Auditing Bureau. It seeks to supply all university sectors with administrative and educational needs of various types as well as arrange and store items, taking into account the methods suitable for each type and the security means in warehouses.

The Budget Department was established on 01/04/1432 AH at the direction of MU Rector. It is organizationally linked to the Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs. This department seeks to achieve the university's financial requirements in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education.
