هي عضوة هيئة تدريس مكلفة بالإشراف على تنظيم العمل في شط ر الطالبات، وتسيير شؤونها التعليمية الإدارية والمالية والفنية، بما تفتضيه مصلحة العمل وفق الأنظمة واللوائح بالتنسيق مع عميد الكلية ووكلائها ورؤساء الأقسام. ويصدر قرار تكليفها من قبل سعادة رئيس الجامعة.
