-رسم الخطة السنوية لمواعيد جميع المناسبات والفعاليات التي تقام داخل الجامعة أو تشارك بها خارجياً , وعمل التصورات اللازمة لكل مناسبة .

-تم توحيد المشاركات الخارجية للكليات والعمادات باسم الجامعة , وبإشراف ومتابعة إدارة العلاقات العامة والإعلام الجامعي.

-توفير احتياجات الإدارة من أدوات , وتجهيزات , ومستلزمات لجميع المناسبات .

* H.E University Rector has issued his directives to publish University newspaper naming it "Tawasol".
* All staff and students of the University were notified and requested to participate.

-إصدار صحيفة الجامعة (تواصل) صحيفة رسمية للجامعة . 

-الإعلان لمنسوبي الجامعة للمشاركة بالمقالات والأفكار والآراء والرسومات والصور.

-يتم استقبال المشاركات , وأخبار الكليات , والعمادات , ومراجعتها , ونشرها .

-حصر نشاطات وأخبار الجامعة المختلفة ومراجعتها وتضمينها العدد بشكل دوري .  

-تم إصدار أربعين عدداً من صحيفة الجامعة (تواصل) من خلال عدة مراحل تشمل جمع المادة ، والتحرير ، والمراجعة ، والتصميم ، والإشراف على الطباعة ، والتوزيع. 

-تم عمل هيكل تنظيمي للصحيفة وهيئة تحرير.

* Unifying publication of colleges' news and making the Public Relations and University Information the only source of all University news.

* Boosting relations with the different media apparatus and providing the Saudi Press Agency and daily newspapers and websites with the news and activities of the University.
