الارتباط التنظيمي: يرتبط إدارياً وتنظيمياً بإدارة النظم والخدمات الإلكترونية.

الهدف العام: برمجة الأنظمة والعمل على صيانتها والتعامل مع الثغرات الأمنية فيها وتحديثها بشكل دوري.

المهام:

1. الإشراف على أعمال الوحدة وتنظيم العمل داخل الفريق.
2. تحديد المعايير القياسية والأساليب المتبعة في البرمجة.
3. تصميم قواعد البيانات للأنظمة الكبيرة.
4. التحقق من جودة البرمجيات والبرامج.

Applications Division

Organizational connection: The division is administratively and organizationally linked to the Department of electronic systems and services.

Mission: To develop systems and maintain them including dealing with security vulnerabilities and updating the systems periodically.

Tasks:

1. Supervise the division’s work and lead the team work.

2. Set the standards and methods in programming.

3. Design database for big systems.

4. Verify software quality.

وكالة العمادة لتقنية المعلومات ترتبط إداريا وتنظيميا بسعادة عميد تقنية المعلومات والتعليم الإلكتروني وتهدف إلى الإشراف على سير العمل في الإدارات التابعة لها ووضع الخطط التنفيذية لرفع مستوى الأداء.

الإدارات التابعة:

إدارة العناية بالمستفيدين.

إدارة النظم والخدمات الإلكترونية.

Vice-Dean's Office for Information Technology:

The Vice-Dean's Office for Information Technology is administratively and organizationally connected to the Dean of Information Technology and E-Learning and was set up to supervise the workflow in its affiliated departments and to set executive plans that improve the quality of performance.

يأتي تحديث دليل ضمان الجودة بالجامعة كإحدى الآليات التي تؤسس لها عمادة التطوير والجودة تماشيا مع متطلبات نظام الجودة، ودعما لإجراءات الاعتماد المؤسسي، والبرامجي وهو بمثابة خارطة طريق نحو إدارة، وتحسين، وضمان الجودة في جامعة المجمعة وذلك في ضوء أدوات، ومعايير المركز الوطني للاعتماد والتقويم، ومن خلال المزج بين الوسائل الإدارية، والجهود الابتكارية، والمهارات الفنية للارتقاء بمستوى الأداء، والعمل على التحسين والتطوير المستمر. 

The quality assurance guide was set up and updated by the Deanship of Development and Quality in line with the requirements of the quality system and the institutional accreditation procedures. It is more like a road map to manage, improve and ensure quality at Majmaah University in light of the tools and standards set by the National Center for Accreditation and Evaluation.
