• تعزيز اهتمام أعضاء هيئة التدريس والموظفين بالجامعة بأهمية تصنيف الجامعات.
• التواصل مع مختلف هيئات تصنيف الجامعات.
• تصميم استراتيجية مستقلة لكل التصنيفات المستهدفة ومتابعة تنفيذها ، ورصد نتائجها.
• التنسيق مع كافة قطاعات الجامعة لجمع البيانات المطلوبة لتحقيق معايير مختلف هيئات التصنيف.
• تقييم البيانات المقدمة من كافة قطاعات الجامعة لرصد فرص التطوير لكل قطاع ، وإعداد تقارير دورية بذلك.

- Raise faculty and staff's interest in the importance of university ranking.

- Communicate with various ranking bodies.

- Design a strategy for each ranking, follow up on their execution, and monitor the results. 

- Coordinate with all university sectors to collect the data required to meet the standards of various ranking bodies.

- Evaluate the data provided by all university sectors to identify areas for improvement.

- Follow up on the performance of similar national universities to compare university performance
