The Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research achieved second place in the Rector’s Award for Quality and Excellence 2024

In recognition of its outstanding achievements in advancing volunteer and community initiatives and contributing to the fulfillment of one of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals, the Deanship won Excellence Award in Volunteer and Community Work 2024

Under the patronage of the Rector, MU has launched a new platform for graduate students’ theses. The platform aims to enhance academic transparency by providing key information about each thesis, including the abstract, table of contents, introduction, and conclusion. It also improves the quality of research by making previous studies easily accessible, helping researchers avoid duplication and build their work on solid scientific foundations. The platform fosters innovation and creativity by enabling researchers to explore existing studies and develop new ideas based on reliable research.

MU has signed a cooperation agreement with the Saudi Post & Logistics Company (SPL) to deliver graduation documents to graduate students. This initiative extends the university’s ongoing efforts to provide students with convenient services, saving them time and effort. SPL will serve as a vital link in the university’s electronic services system by ensuring the secure and efficient delivery of graduation documents.

The Vice Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Prof. Mohammed Al-Shehri, sponsored the signing of mutual agreements between the Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research and the deans of MU colleges as part of the Scientific Publishing Enhancement Initiative. Under these agreements, the colleges commit to publishing a set number of research papers in indexed journals during the year 2025.

Under the patronage of MU Rector, the Deanship is organizing the Annual Research Forum to display key achievements and research statistics across its departments and colleges. During the event, outstanding faculty researchers were honoured in recognition of their contributions to research excellence along with colleges.

وقعت الجامعة اتفاقية تعاون مع الشركة السعودية للخدمات البريدية واللوجستية سُبل ، لتقوم بموجبها بتوصيل وثائق التخرج لطلبة الدراسات العليا. والتي تأتي امتداداً لما تقدمه الجامعة من تسهيلات لطلابها وطالباتها لتوفير الوقت والجهد ، مؤكدا أن الشركة السعودية للخدمات البريدية واللوجستية ستكون الحلقة المكمّلة لمنظومة الخدمات الإلكترونية التي تقدمها الجامعة من خلال القيام بدور إيصال وثائق التخرج .
