Issuance of a Replacement for a Lost Graduation Certificate:

1. A copy of the diploma, if available.

2. A copy of your national ID.

3. Fill out the at the graduates' department and pay the specified fees.

4. Once the specified requirements are met, the document will be printed.

Issuance of a replacement graduation certificate for graduates of the Health Institute, Health College, Sciences, and Education College graduates after their transfer to Majmaah University in the year 1430 AH.

1- يقوم الطالب الخريج بالتأكد من عدم وجود عهد أو سلف وإخلاء طرفه ، وذلك عن طريق بوابة النظام الاكاديمي قبل إعلان الجدول الزمني لتوزيع الوثائق . 

2- إحضار صوره مصدقة من شهادة الامتياز لكليات الطب، طب الأسنان، العلوم الطبية التطبيقية والكليات الصحية. 

3- يتم تسليم الوثيقة بحضور الطالب شخصيا مع إبراز المستندات الثبوتية. وفي حالة عدم تمكن الطالب من الحضور لاستلام وثيقة التخرج يطلب تفويض موقع من الطالب ومعتمد من جهة رسمية . 

1- The graduate should ensure that there are no outstanding debts or obligations and should obtain a clearance by accessing the Academic System Portal before the announcement of the schedule for document distribution.

2- For graduates of medical colleges, dentistry, applied medical sciences, and health colleges, a certified copy of internship certificate should be provided.

1- يتخرج الطالب بعد إنهاء متطلبات التخرج بنجاح حسب الخطة الدراسية، على ألا يقل معدله التراكمي عن المعدل الذي يحدده مجلس الجامعة المعنية لكل تخصص، على ألا يقل في كل الأحوال عن تقدير مقبول. 

2- يجوز لمجلس الكلية بناءا على توصية مجلس القسم المختص تحديد مقررات مناسبة يدرسها الطالب لرفع معدله التراكمي ، وذلك في حالة نجاحه في المقررات ورسوبه في المعدل التراكمي . 

1- The student graduates after successfully completing the graduation requirements according to the study plan, provided that their cumulative GPA is not lower than the minimum GPA set by the relevant university council for each specialization, and it should not be less than 'accepted' grade in any case.

2- The college council, based on the recommendation of the specialized department council, may set suitable courses for the student to study to improve their GPA if they have passed those courses but have a low GPA.

إحضار المتخرج أصل الوثيقة مع عدد من النسخ المطلوب تصديقها طبق الأصل ويشترط أن تكون تلك النسخ واضحة وجميع البيانات مكتملة فيها.  

تصديق طبق الأصل على صور الوثائق  الصادرة من عمادة القبول والتسجيل بجامعة المجمعة .

To authenticate the original document, the graduate should bring the original document along with the required number of clear copies that need to be authenticated. It is important that all the information on those copies is complete.

Regarding the authentication of document copies issued by the Deanship of Admissions and Registration, the original copies can be authenticated as true copies.
