1. Font type in Arabic research should be (Traditional Arabic), size (16) for research text and bold for Titles, margin (14), tables and figures (14),

English research should be (Times New Roman), size (12), margin (10), tables and figures (11). The margins should be shortened as much as possible.

1. يكون نوع الخط في البحوث العربية (‏Traditional Arabic‏) بحجم (16) لمتن البحث وغامق للعناوين، والهامش حجم (14)، وللجداول والأشكال حجم (14)، وللبحوث الإنجليزية (‏Times New Roman‏) ‏بحجم (12)، وللهامش حجم (10)، وللجداول والأشكال حجم (11). مع اختصار الهوامش قدر الإمكان.
2. تكون الآيات القرآنية مكتوبة وفق المصحف الإلكتروني لمجمع الملك فهد لطباعة المصحف الشريف بمقاس (16)، ويشار إليها في النص فقط بذكر اسم السورة، ثم نقطتين، ثم رقم الآية، وهي بين قوسين مربعين هكذا: [البقرة: 175].
3. كتابة البحث وفق المنهجية العلمية، وأن يحتوي البحث على الآتي:

-يلتزم الباحث بتقديم البحث متقيدا بالضوابط الشرعية، والأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.

 2-الالتزام بقواعد البحث العلمي المعتمدة للكتابة والفهرسة.

3-ألا يزيد عدد كلمات البحث عن (12000) كلمة، بما في ذلك قائمة المراجع، والجداول، والأشكال، والصور.

- The researcher is committed to submitting the paper in compliance with the Sharia controls and the regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2- Adhere to the approved scientific research rules for writing and indexing.

3- The number of words in the research should not exceed (12,000) words, including the list of references, tables, figures, and images.

تهدف المجلة إلى إتاحة الفرصة للباحثين؛ لنشر إنتاجهم العلمي في مجالات العلوم الشرعية والقانونية، وتشمل:

The journal aims to allow researchers to publish their papers in the fields of Sharia and legal sciences, including:

1. Sharia sciences: jurisprudence and its principles, the Qur’an and its sciences, Hadith and its sciences, Aqidah and Dawah, and Islamic culture.

2. Legal sciences including: public law, private law, as well as comparative law.

3. Research papers can be in both Arabic and English.
