Emergence of the Legal Department

For the importance of functioning the administrative and academic procedures in accordance with statutory and legal procedures, and for the essential role of this in the success and in achieving the aspirations of the university, H.E. the Rector issued the decision No. (10) Dated 1/7/1430H, to establish the Legal Department.

The General for Administrative & Financial Affairs Department is seeking in its new emergence that the university becomes a pioneering and distinguished using all means of modern technology and advanced ways to communicate and keep pace with requirements of the era and development needs.

1- The Director: performs the management of the department, distributes work and delegates powers allocated to the Follow-Up Department according to the interest of work.

2- He will follow up the implementation and study the shortcomings and weakness points and submit to the Director about all that would achieve the desired objectives of Follow-Up Department.

بدأت الشؤون الإدارية و المالية في جامعة المجمعة منذ نشأة الجامعة عام  ١٤٣٠ ، وتطورت مع تطور الجامعة ، وتشكل إدارة الشؤون الإدارية و المالية العمود الفقري للجامعة ، وتتمثل المهمة الرئيسية للشؤون الإدارية و المالية في إدارة الأعمال ذات الطابع الإداري و المالي في الجامعة وتبدي اهتماما خاصا بجوانب التطوير بكافة المستويات سواء كوادر بشرية أو تقنية و السعي لتطور هذه الأعمال من خلال استخدام أحدث الأساليب.

1. Perform required control in various university departments, and other associated units to ensure work safety, performance conservation and serve it to those who receive it.
