Emergence of the University Majmaah

University was established on 3rd Ramadan 1430H (24th August 2009G) upon approval of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud. His Kind approval, May Allah protect him, was finalized by the issuance of his (No. 194 / A) dated 30th Dhul Hijja1430H (17th December 2009G to appoint Dr. / Khalid bin Saad Al Muqren as a Principal for the University.

To provide educational and research programs, that are characterized by high-quality and active participation in community serving. Prepare male & female students for success in their social & practical lives through highly qualified administrative and educational system in a stimulating, developing and sophisticated environment.

A Faculty that is regionally pioneer in higher education and scientific research. Actively contribute in leading the cultural change in the community.

Provide adequate academic information bout the university & scientific faculties and specializations, and to provide academic services to students, completion of Admission & Registration using modern technology means, developing and improving the work performance mechanism, simplify the procedures, clarify the rules & regulations and increase awareness of its applications.

Provide academic services to students and complete the admission and registration procedures based on modern techniques and usage of advanced electronic means.

• Admission, Internal Transfer, External transfer to outside the university, change of specialization and identify the tracks.

• Automatic registration for students, deletion, addition, Apology, withdrawal from university and course apology.

• Student Services that include: University ID cards, letters of identification, medical reports and files.

• Students' remunerations that are periodically and regularly paid.

• Documents & Graduates Affairs.

The Deanship seeks to achieve the following goals:

- Work on finding a seat in the university for each student who fulfill the admission requirements.

- To attract the best high school graduate students to the university.

- Exert the efforts to educate the student by study and exams rules & regulations through different means within and outside the university.

- Documentation of students' academic records and work on constantly updating them electronically.
