Data Management Office (DMO) was set up to keep pace with all stages of development and transformation that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is witnessing in all fields, including what is related to the management, governance and organization of national data. A Royal Decree No. (59766) was issued on 20/11/1439 AH to establish the National Data Management Office along with data management offices in all public sectors due to their vital role manage, govern, protect and invest data.
With the continuous support of MU rector, the DMO is working on applying controls and procedures for data governance and personal data protection, in accordance with the policies issued by the National Data Management Office. This aims to strengthen the university's data management and will contribute to improving its quality and reliability. This will also help in supporting the university's decision-making process.
