The aim of this initiative is to allow and qualify the human capital –citizens- to possess digital skills in the following fields: networking and internet, information security, technical applications, cybercrime, e-transactions, social media, state-of-the-art technology, using non-traditional methods of teaching but through hands-on training.

The university, through this initiative, aims to adopt The concept of education linked to open source courses, which emerged worldwide recently and proved to be an effective tool disseminate knowledge to all segments of community who are interested to develop their skills in different fields.
