Department of Continuing Professional Development

This department is responsible for supervising the affairs of the observatory about the continuous professional development by:

- Assisting health practitioners with training courses and workshops to contribute to continuing medical education.

- Using the highest quality standards to develop professional competencies and provide effective solutions for organizations and human capital.

- Maintaining the focus on trainees to reach the highest levels of excellence.

- Hiring certified and experienced trainers and consultants and evaluating them using precise standards of competencies and behaviors, as well as verifying their intellectual ability.

- Meeting any training requirements quickly and efficiently by maintaining the quality of resources, selectively hiring employees with the best qualifications and experiences, and interacting with trainees and market needs.

- Adopting a modern training methodology that emphasizes the active participation of trainees and making them part of the training process.

- Developing a balanced Business Portfolio
