Employer Consent Types

The types of employer consent accepted for admission in graduate studies programs at Majmaah University are as follows: Type of consent, Type of employees to whom the consent type is available, consent acceptance controls. Study leave, special leave, dispatch / scholarship resolution from the Civil Service' Training and Scholarships Committee, scholarship resolution, scholarship resolution from the board of another university, certificate of approval from the Ministry of Justice. All employees, civil service employees, teaching assistants and lecturers of other universities, employees of the Ministry of Justice. 1- Submission of a formal study leave resolution. 2- The total duration of remaining leaves should cover the duration of the systematic study, and if the duration of study exceeded the duration of remaining leaves, the excess period to be covered with another regular leave. 3- If the leave was cancelled after submission, the University has the right to cancel the student's admission. 1- Submission of a dispatch resolution from the Civil Service' Training and Scholarships Committee. 1- Submission of a scholarship resolution issued by the competent authority in the institution where the employee works on, and full-time dispatches are not accepted from the head of the institution. 2- The minimum scholarship duration must be the same as the duration of systematic study. 1- Teaching assistants/lecturers of other universities are required to submit a scholarship resolution from the board of their university. 1- All employees of the Ministry of Justice are required to submit a written approval from the Minister of Justice, Judges are also required to bring the approval of the High Judicial Council, taking into account the following points: - judges, teaching assistants and lecturers of other universities are required to submit an approval in accordance with the items (5) and (6), other approvals are not accepted. - The above-mentioned terms are not applicable to Majmaah University teaching assistants and lecturers, and their study to be in accordance with the University internal scholarship regulations and controls. - Unemployed is required to bring a a proof from Civil Affairs that his career is unemployed.
