Department of Security and Safety is considered as one of the major departments and the cultural and organizational mirror of the university, because of its multiple tasks of safeguarding human souls, architectural structures, buildings, and university property in general, and upgrading discipline and organization in particular. Thus, to ensure the process of the Educational Plan of the University, Department of Security and Safety undertakes the security and safety of its employees and their visitors; and also it ensures the availability of all means of safety at the university through a range of following security services:
1 - Organize responsibilities and the distribution of duties of the guards in the buildings of the university.
2 – Ensures the safety procedures accurately using advanced expertise from outside the university to provide safety as required.
3 - Follow-up the traffic in the buildings of the University physically on the ground and through surveillance cameras as well.
4 - Follow-up the daily reports filed by the supervisors and address the shortcomings urgently.
5 - Participate in the organization of special events at the university.
