Deanship of Scientific Research at the university is pleased to invite you to participate in the International Forty-first Exhibition of Invention and Innovation in Geneva.
The Exhibition is held in Geneva in Switzerland during the period from 29 Jumadil Awal to 4 Jumadil Akhir 1434 H Corresponding to 10-14 of April 2013, this exhibition is held annually since 40 years.
This exhibition is considered as one of the most important exhibitions worldwide concerning innovations because it helps to meet investors, businessmen and innovators.
Applications are received according to the following conditions: Eligibility 1-Applicant must be from the university. 2-The participation must be in English. 3- Fill in the application form which is available on the E-portal on the Site of the Deanship. 4-The Invention must be an economic feasibility and manufacturing accessible, and can be presented in the form of product or preliminary shape easy for transport and handling or as drawings and images as well as writing clear description about what have been presented.
5-Provide the intellectual protection of what is going to be presented, this protection can be done via one of the following points: -get a local or international patent -submit an application to get a patent -get the author's copyright concerning computer software
Fields of Participation
Applicant should specify the field of innovation out of 22 fields in the application form. Rewards The Judgment Committee in the Exhibition grants Gold, Silver, Bronze Medal, in addition to the rewards from companies and International Organizations for the best innovations.
Deadline to receive the participations is on Wednesday 18 of Rabie Awal 1434 H Corresponding to 30 January 2013, and the starting day for submitting applications is on Saturday 2 of Sufar 1434 H Corresponding to 15 December 2013.
