THE UNIVERSITY PARTICIPATES IN THE FIRST DIPLOMA OF MEDIA FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

The university, represented by Deanship of Student Affairs, participated in the first diploma of media for university students. These universities are members in Organization of Islamic Co-operation and members in Islamic World Universities Federation in Egypt. This event was organized by World Federation for Muslim Scout. His Excellency Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Hamad Abdullah Alghemeizi indicated that this participation is based upon the sound directions of his Highness the University Rector DR. KHaled Sa'ad Almuqrin who always stresses on the important issue of training the university students in different fields which is fulfilled through participating in meetings and student programs. Dr. Alghemeizi added that this participation aims to train the students on media programs that contribute to providing an excellent media generation serves its religion, King and nation. The students will exchange experiences through their visit to universities and grand media institutions in Egypt. There will be a visit to Arab League, some universities and grand media institutions. Moreover, part of the program is some useful introductory trips in addition to lectures and workshops related to the diploma. Dr. Alghemeizi said that the program would start from Saturday 10/10/1434 to 21/10/1434. The program will be 30 hours divided as 5 hours each day. After the student earns the diploma, he will be qualified to work in the media field in the university.
