In respond to the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz to incorporate all high school graduates to puruse their higher education in all fields, which was also stressed by the Minister of Higher Education Prof. Khalid Al-Angari, the Deanship of Admission and Registration at MU has completed the procedures of all applicants for the academic year 1434-1435.
In compliance with the directives of His Highness the Rector Dr. Khalid Al-Mogren, all applicants were admitted. The number of applicants reached 8820 female and male students in 13 colleges at the diploma and bachelor degree with (25%) higher than last year.
It is worth mentioning that the deanship has established a new committee for admission headed by the Rector to follow up the process of admission.
Dr. Al-Rumeih praised the efforts being exerted by the staff and added that the high number of applicants is an indicator of the university good reputation.
