The Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education has completed the first phase of installing the e-lecterns in Majmaah University (Medical College, Business Administration College, Applied Medical Science, Computer Science ).
The e-lectern is made of a lectern that incorporates a computer, a monitor and a control panel ( both are touch screens). The purpose of this e-lectern is to link all means of e-learning in the hall (projector, smart board and sound system) to enable the lecture to manage all these devices easily during the process of teaching.
The Dena Dr. Musallam Al-Dosari noted that this project is in the first phase which includes the process of installation and training in accordance with a schedule that targets particular colleges. further stages will incorporate the installation of this device in the rest of colleges. He added that the deanship intends to activate the process of using this device via setting a training schedule for all faculty members.
