A NUMBER OF GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES PARTICIPATE AT THE WORKSHOP TITLED “PRESENT PROJECT FOR E-FOLLOW UP”

As the University strives to communicate with government sectors to upgrade the level and performance of work via visits and workshops, the organizing committee of the week of technology and e-transactions held a workshop titled “present project for e-follow-up”.

A number of 25 employees have participated at the workshop that came from the Education Department, Investigation and Monitoring Commission, Hawtat Sudeir Hospital and Municipality, Services Administrations, Follow-up Department and College of Science and Humanities in Sudeir and Ghat.

The workshop was prepared and presented by the Director of Follow-up Department Mr. Abdullah Al-Harbi who explained that the project was a result of cooperation efforts between the Follow-up Dep. and the IT Deanship. He added that the project comprises 7 programs: attendance report, attendance follow-up, absence report, deduction, monitoring tours, alarming units of the tours and inquiries.
