The Deanship of E-learning and Distance Learning Offers an Introductory Course about (Education First) Program in the Preparatory Year Deanship

Based on the approval of the Rector Dr. Khalid bin Saad Al-Mugren to sign on the agreement between the university represented by the Deanship of e-learning and distance learning and the Saudi e-university as part of the Deanship efforts to benefit on from the successful experiences in e-learning field, and in coordination with the Deanship of the preparatory year at the university, HE Vice Dean of e-learning and distance learning Dr. Khalid Bin Nashi Al-mudairbi presented an introductory course for lecturers and professors of English language at the preparatory year deanship about the English program (Education First), which allows students to learn English language skills in an interactive and electronic way.

The program also allows students to attend tuition classes in English Language with professors of English language from overseasaround the clock, a lesson every half an hour.It also allows the communication with students overseas in virtual classes.

It is worth mentioning that this initiative, which targets materials of English language at the University has beentested on students of the preparatory year in health majors (medicine - dentistry - Applied Medical Sciences). The second phase of the program will target all college student at the university.

Dr. Musallam bin Mohammed Al-Dosari the Dean of e-learning and distance learning and Employees Deanship expressed their gratitude to the Rector for his continues support for the Deanship and  the Director of Preparatory Year Dr. Ahmed bin Ali Al-Romaih for his cooperation with the deanship.
