20250804812As the Deanship of Student Affair’s message is to be concerned about students all fields, the Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs Prof. Mohammad Al-Rukban launched the student workshop titled “ Talent, Innovation and Patents”, which is measure taken as a preparation for the upcoming fifth scientific conference for students.
The workshop which was conducted at the training hall of Deanship of Community Service and Continuous Education began with a speech for the Deputy Dean for Student Activities and the coordinator Mr. Khalid I. Al-Efeisan in which he welcomed the presence of Prof. Al-Rukban, trainers and students.
Addressing the audience, Prof. Al-Rukban gave a speech where he encouraged students to work hard and have more commitments towards this field and then extended his thanks to the trainers and the deanship.
Afterwards, the workshop began by the two trainers, Mr. Saud Al-Shweil and Mr. Mohammad Al-Hajiri where they focused on a number of issues including the goals and ways of innovations, thinking deeply about the outcomes of market, market needs, areas of talent, and characteristics of talented.
Dr. Hamad Al-Gumeizi, Dean of Student Affairs stated that the workshop is a part of the deanship preparation for the fifth scientific conference in which the deanship intends to provide all student needs including developmental courses. Dr. Al-Gumeizi encouraged all students to participate and engage actively in the programs provided by the deanship. Thanks and appreciations were also extended by Dr. Al-Gumeizi to Prof. Al-Rukban for launching this event. He also thanked King AbdulAziz Institution for Talent and Innovation for their cooperation.
