A DELEGATION OF STUDENTS FROM COMMUNITY COLLEGE VISITS THE CITY OF KING ABDUL AZIZ FOR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

As a part of the Community College activities plan for the academic year 1434/1435H, the Student Activities Department has organized a scientific field visit to the King Abdul Aziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) in Riyadh for 15 students and 3 faculty members who are : Dr. Mohammad S. Faraj, Mr. Mohammad Fayz and Mr. Abdullah Bin Othman.

The delegation of the University was welcomed by Mr. Ammar al-Oteiby, Supervisor of Public Relations and Media at KACST who accompanied them to many of the city facilities. The tour included visits to the center of space and geographical information system (GIS), the geographical photo unit (D3), the center of math and physics and the center of robot development and smart system.

At the end of the visit, the center of space at the city has distributed a set of memorial gifts and brochures about the (KACST) for all the delegation members. The supervisors of the delegation in exchange have extended their appreciations to the (KACST) for their wonderful hospitality and reception.
