ACCOUNTAING DEPARTMENT HOLDS AN INTRODUCTORY PROGRAM AT ERNEST AND YOUNG

The Dept. of Accounting held an introductory meeting at Ernest and Young Company. The meeting was under the supervision of the Dean Dr. Mohammad Al-Jebreen. Mr. Turki A. Al-Leheid holder of Saudi Arabia Fellowship of Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) and the American Fellowship of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) & Mr. Saad M. Al-Khathlan holder of Master Degree in Accounting from U.S and the American Fellowship of Certified Public Accountants (CPA), were invited to this event.

Dr. Al-Jebreen delivered a welcoming speech and then praised the meeting as it will have positive impacts on the quality of the college outcomes which links graduates with the market needs.

Mr. Al-Luheid & Mr. Al-Khathlan gave an introduction about the company and its level internationally and regionally. They also explained the criteria of auditing applied in the company as well as the working plan. They also made a reference to the curriculum used by the company as well as some other issues of paramount significance for graduates.

Eventually, the guests responded to graduates’ inquiries which focused on the future of graduate and vacancies as well as the means of preparations for accounting profession.
