DEANSHIP OF COMMUNITY SERVICE AND CONTINUING EDUCATION AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MAJMAAH HOLDS THE FOURTH PERIODIC MEETING OF EXECUTIVE SUPERVISORS

In the context of the efforts of the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education at the University of Majmaa  towards optimizing and improving the performance of educational programs , the deanship held  the fourth periodic meeting of Executive Supervisors of educational programs " diploma programs " under the chairmanship of Vice Dean for Community Service and Continuing Education Dr. Adel el Maghthawi. The meeting took place on Wednesday  04/12/1435 at the meetings hall at the headquarters of the deanship.

 The meeting addressed  the functions of executive supervisors in accordance with the procedures manual for the implementation of educational programs and accredited by the University Council .It also discussed key remarks relating to the level of performance in educational programs during the first semester of the academic year 1434/1435 AH , which dealt with academic cases as well as the mechanism to take the necessary measures to address such cases. Moreover,  aspects of coordination were discussed to provide the deanship with how to link students groups to their respective timetables ,together with their names lists, and how to provide them with a monthly report on the progress of the educational program through a certified educational mode. The meeting also stressed the need to communicate with students periodically to cooperate with the deanship in various technical and administrative areas.       

          In order to achieve the deanship’s goal to realize the quality standards for all educational programs , including diplomas, were discussed the methodological and scientific procedures  were discussed  in the context of abiding by the models adopted by the Curriculum and Study Plans Committee  at  the university.

         At the conclusion of the meeting, Dr. Maghthawi  thanked  all executive  supervisors   for their cooperation. He also expressed   the gratitude of the Dean of the Community Service and Continuing Education Dr. Omar bin Messed el Chariofi  and his wishes for them to achieve the desired success.
