The Supervisory Committee of the Developmental Project for the Rehabilitation of the University for Academic Accreditation has resumed its meetings, under the chairmanship of the Vice Rector for Educational Affairs and Chairman of the Committee, Prof. Mohammed bin Othman Al Rukban, and in the presence of members of the Committee. Therefore, the Committee held in this context its eighteenth meeting, which was devoted to the discussion of what was left , to follow up the recommendations of the previous sessions, as well as to discuss several issues, including the adoption of indicators to measure the performance of the project after approval of the Executive Committee, also to discuss the issue of rehabilitation of the University for ISO. His Excellency the President of the Committee has started the meeting by praising God and commending the efforts of the Committee for the past period, as he urged all members to work in order to complete the rest of the phases of the project, which are crucial stages that require concerted efforts to overcome. The Committee has also discussed the topics on its agenda, and listened in this aspect to the presentations of the committees about their updates , where in this aspect each committee has been given time to view what it has of developments, as well as the discussion of these developments by the members of the Supervisory Committee. At the end of the meeting, a number of recommendations have come up such as the adoption of the second report of the project, and send the report to the arbitrators, and the follow-up of response from them, in addition to determine the date of the workshop with the members of the executive teams to be on Saturday 01/01/1436 H, corresponding to 25/10/2014 AD, in the presence of all members of the executive committees and work teams, and to recommend a meeting of the Supervisory Committee on Tuesday, 27/12/1435 H, to prepare for the workshop, and review standards finally by the Committees after sending the indicators that have been modified by the Secretary of the Commission, and assign Dean of Quality and Skills Development to communicate with the responsible for quality in some universities to take feedback about their experience in the field of obtaining the ISO.
