The general meeting of activity trustees of the University colleges was held and chaired by the Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Faisaal Bin Abdullah Al Homoud in presence of the Vice Dean of Student Affairs Mr. Khaled Bin Ibrahim Al Afaisan. The meeting was opened by welcoming the trustees of activities and thanked them for their response to attend and their permanent interaction.
The participants viewed the activity plan for the first semester, the achievements and on the colleges level & on the level of the Deanship which all have achieved. Then discussed some obstacles which had negative impact on what was implemented during the first semester. Positive sides that are encouraging to continue some activities were also mentioned.
The meeting also discussed the procedural evidences, the second semester plan and specification of activities expenditure mechanism in colleges. The meeting discussed as well the scientific forum of the third conference and motivating the students to participate and communicate with the colleges coordinators in this regard as a response for the unlimited support from His Excellency the Rector & the Vice Rector and their permanent follow up about the conference news in addition to activating participation of students and representing the university in its known level as a continuation and follow up from both of them for all the university activities. Activities trustees were negotiated about items related to their work, suggestions and ideas that leads to upgrading work performance and overcome all the difficulties that may face the of Activity Trustee while performing his tasks. At the end of the meeting, questions were answered and experiences that may lead to achieving goals were exchanged
