His Excellency vice Rector in an inspective Visit to The Mobile Medical Services Participated in The National Festival for Heritage and Culture

With the guidance and follow-up of Rector Dr. Khalid Bin Sa’ad al-Muqrin, His Excellency the Vice Rector Dr. Ibrahim Bin Abdul Rahman al-Hugail an inspection visit to the mobile services participating in the National Festival for Heritage and Culture 27th 1433 in Aljenadriyah, where he looked into the services provided to visitors and reviewers as well as the efforts made by the team of medical services. His excellency has also visited some of sections participating in the festival. By the end of the meeting, he said that the participation of the University representing in the Mobile Medical Services shows the interest of the University to achieve its goals which it is committed to since its establishment in serving society and engrave the meaning of cooperation, which aims to serve knowledge, education, culture and heritage with all the sectors within this field where the university provide its Mobile Medical Services. He also pointed to the importance of participating in national occasions such as this, specifically Aljenadriyah Festival, which includes a large number of diverse events and frequently receives many visitors. The General Supervisor of Medical Services, Dr. Abdul Rahman Bin Abdullah Alattram stated that this campaign intends to provide medical diagnostic and therapeutic as well as providing the primary health care. His Excellency has also indicated that the mobile services includes a number of medical clinics and dental clinics as well as a pharmacy which includes a distinguished medical staff seeks to achieve outstanding service. The number of visitors to the mobile clinics was (2797 visitors). A number of (1450) cases have been diagnosed with (40) emergency cases, the majority of emergency cases include, "high blood pressure - Asthma Acute - convulsions - hypoglycemia “. None of the cases has ever been referred to the hospital. The clinics represented through its crews to raise awareness of health and prevention of diseases. The clinic has also presented gifts aim to spread health awareness and to highlight its role in the society.
