Signing a Contract of E-learning Administrative System between Majmaah University and National Center for E-learning and Distance Learning

Under the patronage of His Highness the Rector Dr. Khalid bin Sa’ad al-Mogren, a contract for E-learning administrative system was signed with the National Center for e-learning and distance learning. The Dean of e-learning and distance learning Dr. Musallam al-Dosri as a representative of the university signed the contract with the Director of the National Center Dr. Abdullah al-Mogren. In conjunction with occasion, a speech ceremony attended by His Excellency Vice Rector for graduate studies and scientific research, Dr. Mohsen Bin Abdelrahman al-Mohsen and University staffs, and from the National Center for e-learning and distance learning Dr. Abdullateef al-awayn, Dr. Abdullah Alalkami and Eng.Jebreen al-Jebreen. The ceremony was initiated by a speech delivered by the Dean of e-learning and distance learning Dr. Musallam al-Dosri, where he welcomed the delegation of National Center and then gave a brief idea about the efforts made by the deanship and its plans and objectives that go along with the general plan of the university provided they are realistic and meet the needs of the current phase. After that, an announcement made about the projects of the deanship which included programs and services provided by the deanship like e-learning system, digital curriculum design, education channel, e-learning units, preparing smart classes with their contents, developing educational studios and e-exams centers, training labs and committees and boards system which is regard one of the most successful projects achieved by the deanship as an attempt to unify academic procedures and to facilitate the mechanism of making decision due to large distance between university departments. After that, His Excellency Eng.Jebreen al-Jebreen gave a brief presentation about the details of the project provided by the center followed by a speech for the Director of the National Center Dr. Abdullah al-Mogren where he praised the achievements and developments of the university. He also extended his thanks to His Highness the Rector for the wonderful hospitality and cooperation resulted in signing this treaty which will have a positive impact on both. Then, His Highness the Rector delivered a speech where he welcomed the delegation of National Center for E-learning and distance learning as well as the Custodian of Two Holly Mosques, King Abdullah bin AbdulAziz and His Highness Crown Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for their caring and continues support for Higher Education Sector in general and Majmaah university in particular. Then, he mentioned the university values to be achieved by working-team. He also praised the National Center good reputation and achievements. Thanks were also extended to the dean of e-learning and distance learning for the achievements of his joint effort his with working-team. Finally, the contract was signed and deanship programs were launched accompanied by exchanging memorable presents and taking photos.
